business is
in the manufacturing of reflectors, lenses, and warning devices for
automotive, heavy-duty, marine, and recreational vehicle applications.
It also service the transportation industry via reflective pavement
markings, highway delineation, and driveway reflectors. Sate-Lite
reflective devices are used anywhere there is a requirement for safety
or function. A variety of housings, shapes, and mounting applications
are available. A full range of emergency warning triangle safety
devices for both professional and consumer use is also available. Electroform Capability Custom and standard electro-forming enables Sate-Lite to produce multiple finishes in one operation. Electroforming is used for accurate reproduction of precision parts or mold cavities that are difficult to machine or polish. Produced in nickel or cobalt nickel alloy, all applicable standards of the Society of Automotive Engineers and Department of Transportation are met. Sate-Lite currently manufactures electroforms for a variety of automotive manufacturers on dozens of vehicle models with hundreds of applications. |
