It also service the transportation industry via reflective pavement markings, highway delineation, and driveway reflectors. Sate-Lite reflective devices are used anywhere there is a requirement for safety or function. A variety of housings, shapes, and mounting applications are available. A full range of emergency warning triangle safety devices for both professional and consumer use is also available.
			Electroform Capability Custom and standard electro-forming enables Sate-Lite to produce multiple finishes in one operation. Electroforming is used for accurate reproduction of precision parts or mold cavities that are difficult to machine or polish. Produced in nickel or cobalt nickel alloy, all applicable standards of the Society of Automotive Engineers and Department of Transportation are met. Sate-Lite currently manufactures electroforms for a variety of automotive manufacturers on dozens of vehicle models with hundreds of applications.
					Innovative Solutions Increasing safety standards in the trucking industry fostered a new approach to vehicle conspicuity markings with the company's UltraFlector product line. Sate-Lite UltraFlector is a state-of-the-art, lower-cost alternative to reflective tape while providing greater reflex light return. For example, the one-inch wide UltraFlector is comparable in light return to two-inch wide tape, plus the photometric pattern of the product gives the appearance of active lighting. Labor costs in applying the UltraFlector are significantly lower also, providing Sate-Live customers with both value and advantage.
